Jane Vermeulen

With more than 20 years of veterinary experience, Dr. Jane brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and experience to our team.

Originally from the west coast of Canada, Dr. Jane earned her veterinary degree from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan and has called Columbia, SC, home since 2022.

Dr. Jane is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care that helps pets live happy, healthy lives. She has a special interest in feline medicine and is Fear Free Certified, with a commitment to making every veterinary visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Jane shares her home with four cats—Jackson, Toonces, Unikitty, and Chloe—and enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and spending time with her family.
